a. Editor – User can create new signings in the Signings tab

b. Viewer – User can view signings in the signings tab, but not create new ones

c. No Access – User cannot access the signings tab

2. Documents

a. Editor – User can create or edit document templates in the Documents tab

b. Viewer – User can view existing document templates in the Documents tab

c. No Access – User cannot access the documents tab

3. Flows

a. Editor – User can create or edit flows in the Flows tab

b. Viewer – User can view existing flows in the Flows tab

4. Reports

a. Editor – User can edit or download reports on the dashboard (NOT YET AVAILABLE)

6. Vault Share Deal

a. Yes – User can email a copy of a signing in the vault.

7. Vault Claim Deal

a. Yes – User can claim (download) the authoritative original files from a signing. (THIS SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO ADMINS/OWNERS)

a. Yes – User can transfer a deal to a connected vault

9. Vault Transfer Documents

a. Yes – User can transfer specific documents within a deal to a connected vault, if one exists.

10. Vault Transfer Deal Back

a. Yes – User can transfer an entire deal BACK to a vault that transferred it to them (For example, an RFC sending a deal back to the dealership)
