SecureClose NEXT System Requirements

This Guide will document the necessary System Specifications required to use the SecureClose NEXT web application, as listed in our Service Agreement.

SecureClose NEXT runs on any computer with the following minimum Specs:
17″ or greater Monitor
Minimum Resolution of 1920×1080
Graphics Card: Intel or Nvidia – Microsoft DirectX Graphics
Intel Core i5 or Greater Processor – 4 Cores.
Webcam with Microphone (preferably integrated rather than external)
Compatible Mouse or Pointing Device
Access to a Local or Network Printer
Internet Speed of at least 10mb Down / 10MB Up

Alternatively, SecureClose NEXT has also been tested and runs great on:
Microsoft Surface Pro 7 – 12.3″ Touch Screen with Microsoft Surface Pen
Intel Core i5 – 8GB Memory – 128GBSSD

It is recommended that each computer displaying SecureClose Presentations be placed in a private, secure area where customers can view their documents without interruption or disturbance.

**Please Note – SecureClose NEXT uses the system microphone to capture both the Customer and Avatar Audio, and will not work with headphones OR if audio settings are such that the system prioritizes user voice and filters out the avatar audio capture from the speakers. **

SecureClose Also requires a Topaz T-S460-HSB-R USB Signature Tablet which can be ordered HERE unless you are using the Surface with Surface Pen.
