Introducing the New SecureClose Admin Portal
This guide will serve as a quick introduction to the all new SecureClose Admin Portal.

Background:
Along with launching our SecureClose NEXT product, we have been working hard to bring you an entirely new vision of the SecureClose Admin Portal, completely re-built from ground up to provide the best experience for our users.
1. Dashboard
When you log into the SecureClose Admin Portal, you will be greeted by our New Dashboard. This gives you a quick overview of what’s been happening in your SecureClose Account. There is a Total Presentations report which lists the total number of presentation completed by your account, along with the number of transactions completed within the last four months. If you have multiple locations using SecureClose, you can separate this by each lot, or see the total for all. There is also a Month to Date Presentation Activity report showing the breakdown of statuses of all transactions for the selected month. This shows how many were Created (but not completed) Cancelled, or Completed successfully. Lastly, there is a Vault Overview report that shows the total number of contracts completed, compared with the number of Authoritative Original documents Claimed for each month, and if your account has this feature, the total of Contracts Transferred to Banks.
2. Vault Overhaul
The Vault tab is the most important part of the SecureClose Admin Portal that allows you to review and monitor all transactions performed in SecureClose. With that in mind, the Vault has been redesigned with speed and ease-of-use in mind to give you the data you need, when you need it. Accessing transactions is quicker than ever. The quick Search bar at the top right of the contract grid allows you to search any information you would like, from the customer’s first or last name, the employee that completed the transaction, location etc. and see a very quick breakdown of all transactions matching that criteria. Want to see a single day’s transactions, a single month? Several months in a range? Try our new Advanced Search shown above.
3. Advanced Options for Banks
If you are part of an organization that pledges your contracts as Electronic Chattel Paper (ECP) to a Bank or Lender, we have added advanced options that allow you to transfer any and all necessary contracts to a separate Bank Vault that they control. This allows the related bank access to the Authoritative Original, as well as watermarked copies and videos, while retaining access to only the copies and video for the dealer!
Along with these changes, there are a host of other improvements made to make your life easier within the SecureClose Admin Portal. The New SecureClose Admin Portal is available now in private beta, and soon to all users!
